For the Falcon's sake, Arthur should just give Bill a blank (no pun intended) check and say have at it.

I think Atlanta is the most likely landing spot for BB based on what I have read, due to Blank basically having a hard on for the hoodie.

I would be absolutely shocked if he went to Dallas, given Jerry's well documented history of being a meddling coach and what happened with Belichick's old boss Parcells there.

there is no way a control freak (Jerry) is going to hire another control freak (Belichick)

Nobody should give Belichick personnel control

I for one don't want BB in Dallas.

Now if Tomlin is fired, I'll drive him to Dallas.
If Tomlin became available, there would be a fleet of limos from an assortment of teams lined up at his door. He would definitely be another one like Vrabel that could get that talent to toughen up. Tomlin could also tune out the drama and nonsense that comes with the job in that bright spotlight.

Oh I agree but how desperate the Falcons are I see them giving in.
Belichick had control of player personnel decisions with New England. If he joins the Falcons, Belichick would either have to agree to coach without that control or the Falcons would have to change their management structure.

At the new conference on Jan. 8 to discuss the firing of Smith, Falcons owner Arthur Blank and CEO Rich McKay represented the team. General manager Terry Fontenot was not present. Blank said he and McKay would lead the search for a coach, with input from Fontenot, and Blank was clear that he expects the new coach and Fontenot to each report to McKay, as was the case with Smith and Fontenot. Blank said Fontenot would continue to be in charge of personnel.

Let me pull a page out of the "it was Brady, not Belichick" playbook.

What has Tomlin won without Cowhers team?

The Patriots have been really rough to watch lately. As mentioned by a bunch of people, Dallas probably wouldn't give BB control, though, so thats probably not the fit.
That is kind. Rough? I’d say painful, to be frank.
