Maybe it’s me but over the last two years I don’t really know if Dak is much of a leader at all any more. He got his money and that seemed to be all he cared about. He seems to have issues with our best offensive weapon on more than one occasion and maybe it’s not the two defensive stars alone that seem to have an issue with him. I think he has started to lose the team if not lost them already. When your 3 highest paid players (Dak, CeeDee and Diggs) all seem to be the ones who care more about themselves than the team it’s a big problem And when the best player on your team (Micah) seems to be more interested in commenting on everything and promoting his podcast and screaming “look at me“ everyday it makes me wonder whether these guys even care about football or just see it as a 9 to 5. At least Micah and CeeDee are still playing at a high level. The other two just stink and it makes me wonder if more than just the season has been lost with this team.

I'll tell you this much. Let Cooper Rush win a couple out of the next three and Dak will start to hear some boos if he comes back and starts getting blown out again

oh and if the HC hadnt already lost the team Jerry made sure he ripped it apart by coming into the locker room to make the post game speech last game. If only our incompetent owner and his son knew they were the problem we’d have a shot to turn this around

So many valid points… and yet the final one is and continues to be the one that truly needs to be altered before you can attack the others. And as we both know… that one ain’t changing.

I'm a Cowboys fan my man. Bout 50 years worth. Dak is in zero jeopardy of losing his gig for the next 4 years. But I think if Rush starts winning, and the media makes it a thing, then Jerry might get motivated to get Dak some real help to justify him giving Dak $60M per. Win win

I don't disagree with you.
Dak is part of this failure, I just can't blame him for being in the right place at the right time with regards to salary.
