I'm just here to troll everyone
Following the precedent broken when Ishbia wasn't ejected, sure.So we agree. When Jokic isn’t suspended today precedent will be broken.

Stern was so much better than Silver.Make no mistake about it, this commissioner already deserves a lot of questioning.
Exactly.Following the precedent broken when Ishbia wasn't ejected, sure.
And if precedent is broken on one end then your opinion is that precedent should be broken on the other end as well. If Ishbia is justly escorted out of the arena then you’d be saying precedent should be followed and Jokic suspended for putting hands on a spectator.Following the precedent broken when Ishbia wasn't ejected, sure.
I already told you my opinion. My opinion is rigid legalistic 'precedent' can and should take a back seat to using common sense to handle situations on a case by case basis. It's just sports. And if precedent is broken on one end then your opinion is that precedent should be broken on the other end as well. Fan Boi found a way to pivot to the Lakers again. Surprise surprise. After Embiid finally won the MVP I would think @fightinfunbags would lay off Joker.
You don't see Lakers fans holding a grudge vs Nash when won MVP when it should have been Kobe''s. Hell, we welcomed Nash when he came to the Lakers.
Jokic makes the first contact when he takes the ball from him. This claim that Jokic was touched first is wrong. If you only pick things up after the ball goes further into the stands then yes, Jokic is touched first if you don’t consider everything that happened.Suns' Mat Ishbia says Nikola Jokic suspension 'would not be right'
"The fan put the hand on me first." Jokic explained. "I thought the league was supposed to protect us. Maybe I'm wrong. I know who he is, but he is a fan. Isn't he?"
Ishbia was in the wrong. Had he not touched Jokic nothing would have happened. And he should have never touched Jokic in the first place. If a fan does that they get kicked out. Just because he's the owner he shouldn't have been treated differently last night.

Why? That’s an inadvertent act? Get your weak shit out of here.Guess Embiid should have been suspended/ejected for stomping on the face of Grant too right?
We already did this. Go check the Sixers Nets series thread and you’ll see multiple comments I made that Embiid should have been given a Flagrant 2 and ejection for kicking Claxton when he stood over Embiid.Yeah okay.
For a third season in a row you've been on a 100% anti Jokic crusade. I get it, you hate-hate-hate him. He can do nothing right in your eyes.
Nope. I’ve said:If Ishbia wasn't the Suns owner he would have been kicked out for his actions. Like I already said had he given the ball to Jokic in the first place nothing would have happened. He didn't do that though. Odd you wanna hold Jokic accountable for his actions but not Ishbia's.
It’s the officials job to retrieve the ball not Jokic. Jokic and Ishkabbible should be held accountable for their actions. And Ishbia's just another typical billionaire who thinks he can do whatever he wants at all times. Jokic was trying to get the ball and the owner didn't exactly hand it over. The owners actions led to NJ's response.
Or what? Why? That’s an inadvertent act? Get your weak shit out of here.
A player has a right to take a basketball from a fan. Fan should not be holding it especially for that long. Fan refused to give player ball and put hands on player...the fan started the altercation but the player needs to be suspended for a forearm shiver?Bwahahaha! First he goes and takes the basketball from him. Then he pushes him in what follows. It’s the official’s job to go and retrieve that ball and this situation shows exactly why that’s the way it’s supposed to be.
If denver lose this series, you got to trade porter or Gordon in the summer. Can't lose a series when Jokic is out here averaging 36/14/9
@Wamu this is me giving a great player credit. Suck my dick. He’s just been running a clinic on Ayton.
Too much of a big deal over nothing. Who really caresI already told you my opinion. My opinion is rigid legalistic 'precedent' can and should take a back seat to using common sense to handle situations on a case by case basis. It's just sports.
If they ejected Ishbia and didn't suspend Jokic that would be a mistake IMO. But that's not what happened. I also wouldn't get worked up over it.
@Wamu here is me picking the Nuggets to win this series.I guess I have to make a pick. I’m going Nuggets in 6. Suns aren’t it this year. Not enough depth and not enough defense against a great offensive system. They don’t have a cover for Murray while also being able to lock down the other pieces. Additionally, because the Suns have no bench, their starters will have to play mad minutes in that Mile High atmosphere.
Does everybody see where this is going? The Lakers are going to win the West and the board will never hear the end of it haha.
I’ll stomp on Jimmy Butler’s ankle.Or what?
No he doesn’t. The official doesA player has a right to take a basketball from a fan.
Agreed. I haven’t defended Ishkabbible at all in this thread.Fan should not be holding it especially for that long.
First player to put hands on anyone was Jokic when he goes to grab the basketball.Fan refused to give player ball and put hands on player...
Or the NBA can just dismiss and ignore their own precedent they’ve set. Don’t worry. They will. He won’t be suspended despite the fact that precedent says he should.the fan started the altercation but the player needs to be suspended for a forearm shiver?
