That's a lot of "ifs". I guess I don't understand the need for a knee jerk reaction before we even know what is going to happen. For all anyone knows, OSU could beat Bama. What would the argument be then, that TCU should have been in over Bama?

And the "cries for justice" will get even louder if there is a blowout or two in the playoff semis. Especially if it is Ohio State or Florida State that gets blown out.

On the other hand, the committee will look like geniuses if OSU and FSU win their semifinal games.

By choosing OSU at #4, the committee "guaranteed" a Oregon vs. Bama matchup...something that has been wanted by a lot of fans for years.

IF the committee had taken a TCU or Baylor ahead of OSU there would have been no guarantee.

not many "ifs".... all it really takes is one of the playoff teams to get blown out... really doesn't matter which one

ok... let's say Bama loses..... how did they get in? they had Ole Miss as a "quality loss", and look what TCU is doing to them right now.... you could make a legitimate case that TCU should have gotten in over Bama at that point
