The big daddy Rose Bowl is my least favorite almost every year. Won't be long till we have a national champion and we can get back to hating the A's and Angels.

Think I would have let him stay till the play off's ended and released him in the off season. He put as much time and hard work into the team as anyone. But that's just the soft side of me.

DT the way I understand it is, he asked for an unconditional release - meaning he can go anyway, included other Big 12 schools - and OU/Stoops granted the release.

I think it is not only the right thing to do, it is the proper thing, and handled correctly by all parties.

Besides, how would OU/Stoops look if they put all these parameters on the kid when they're starting QB, stud I may add, is a transfer from Tech and the Red Raiders - not to be confused with Kliff Kingsbury - acted like A-holes in the process?
