Doesn't Trump realize that illegal traffic of goods and people going into the USA is under the purview of the American authorities. It isn't Canadian customs that monitors drugs, for example, entering the US. Much like it isn't American customs that monitors the flow of illegal guns entering Canada. That's on Canadian customs.
