Another story I read and can't find now was that a sizable percentage of voters were not worried about one candidate possibly being a fascist leader. Even those who seemed to agree that he would be, many didn't think it would be a big deal.

I hope/think that some of the population ones are spread out around numerous people. Meaning a person thinking 30% of the population live in New York might not also think 30% live in Texas. I hope..... not sure I would bet on it though

Had a fun little conversation this weekend. One of my BIL's friends was over hanging out and was complaining that as a small business owner he would really be fucked if they end ACA. He said he felt betrayed that no one told him ACA was "Obamacare". He was proud of his vote for Trump.

I asked him if ending Obamacare was part of the reason he voted as he did, and he said yes.

So I asked him if he didn't think he had Obamacare then what difference would it make to him if they let it be? Why did it need to be repealed if it didn't affect him?

He didn't get anywhere near me the rest of the night. I was hoping to get him to admit that he thought only black people have Obamacare.
