QB developer is such a broad term. Developer for his system, for the NFL, what exactly?

He's helped build QBs up in the college ranks as well as helping send a few to the CFL/NFL (Bart Hendricks, Andrew Walter, Rudy Carpenter, to name some). He had a good system going while at Colorado, too, if memory serves me correctly.
