Our secondary will be the best in the division, Talib is still a pro bowl player, John Johnson is on the cusp of breaking out. Weddle is the perfect guy to compliment the young secondary players. Our LBers are still our weakness, but we have the makings of something special

Weddle is 400 years old. Yeah I definitely won't be too concerned seeing him playing deep.

Lol, you know nothing of Weddle's play last year. So you assume since he old, he is no longer good

I think the rams still have a better team from top to bottom and they should still clearly be favorites to win the division, but it wouldn’t surprise me if the Seahawks won it

Houston was desperate, they needed to do something, to dump him.
SEA offer was perfect timing, for Seattle, and obviously other Offers for Clowney
were weaker.

HOU could have received more for him in a deal back around the draft, quite possibly.
Clowney is prolly the most overvalued and overplaid player in the league.

Houston got a solid return imo. Cuz they don't have to pay him.

O'Brien trades an All-Pro DE for a pocketful of dust. Classic.

Rams are a young team that it's best players keep getting better. People act like they are some old team that has reached their peak.

Rams will still be good, don’t get me wrong, but I feel like Seattle has gotten better, One of there weaknesses on D was the pass rush, we’re definitely siting better right now than we were last year at this point...

Definitely big if Clowney stays healthy.

I don't blame any team avoiding him long-term, though.

I mean we don’t really need him to be all world, just effective
He should be effective on that D?
I think many of the non-12s are just trying to curb some of the homers over exuberance.

That’s what I’m hoping I’m right in the middle i think for what we gave up and his potential upside because he is still young this could be an all time deal, or he could get hurt and then at least we didn’t give up much

No doubt good deal for the Hawks.
He's an upgrade and playing for a contract so that bodes well for the 12s.

But he's not the 2nd coming. Still a very good move by the Hawks FO.

I didn't think the Hawks had a chance a week ago but glad he's now on our side in a contract year

Not going to read 7 pages, I'll start with that. But is SEA upset if at the end of the season he doesn't sign with them? At first I thought yes, then I saw what they paid. And if he signs somewhere else it will be big money and they should get one of the top comp picks for him, right?
