Please note, that I do not subscribe to the theory that donning the pinstripes automatically makes you better...I do think there is something to this theory in that playing for a team with the history and pedigree of the yankees makes players want to be better...but there are plenty of flops along the way...however, the Yankees are quick to get rid of those guys when they flop...ben francisco has about 3 more weeks left on his yankee tenure
