Since Duran is doing so well I decided to look up Gallo numbers. Because people were saying that banning the shift was going to make his hitting significantly better. Especially Newberg who wanted him back here so badly. Well he has had 138 at bats, 62 strikeouts and his hitting 188. It wasn’t the shift. Galas he’s not here.

It looks like we need to trade for an every day LF at the deadline so that Grossman can become much less visible in the lineup. We already have better options, but we need someone so much better that Bochy will not keep hoping Grossman is the answer.
