Which part of the rule ? He has to "establish himself as a runner". That's the only aspect in question with respect to the rule... whether he did or didn't. There's no more precise explanation of what that means in the rules as far as I know. It's subjective. He has to get 2 feet down, too, which he did. He got 3 down.

When you read the rule and break it down sentence by sentence, IMO it leaves too much open for all involved to fuck up. Which they normally do.

Always time for a late botched punt. You just never know. Stafford is playing in his best game so far. OL is blocking decent. Lombardi calling a decent game. Defense is bending but not breaking.
