I don't like the firing. I liked Lovie. They just couldn't get an OC...er maybe they had one, and prematurely shipped him out of town....

10-6 in one of the toughest divisions in football and shitcanned.

We will prolly see a huge roster turn-over now...I don't like it...shoulda given em' one more year...try to patch some spots up in FA and the Draft.

I woulda liked to see another draft with the new GM and Lovie....a lot of blame has to go to Jerry Angelo and his putrid drafts over the years....our depth was always bad, and talent on the offensive was always lacking (possibly due to cheapness as well) and his inability to evaluate that side of the ball.

It is sad to see this era ending IMO, as it also signals the end for some staples..(Urlacher en sech) gonna happen sooner than later:(

Don't lump those two together. Seattle outplayed us, and there was nothing more to it. We came out lethargic against Minnesota and gave up 14 points before dominating the next 55 minutes. We completely outgained them but beat ourselves. That was the worst Bears loss I can remember because but was an all-out choke against a team that couldn't carry our jock strap. Having them take our playoff spot is just maddeningly evil.
Sorry about my boys laziness / stupidity yesterday.

Sounds like the Pack somehow got the Bears playbook for this game.

As far as Lovie is concerned, I think your new GM saw an opening [since the Bears didn't make the play-offs] to put his own man at the helm.

So, ESPN's SportsNation actually debated today whether Jay Cutler is to blame for RGIII's injury!?! WTFF!!?

This is quite possibly the dumbest thing I have ever heard on TV. If it weren't for that hot-ass blonde on there, I prolly woulda changed the channel.

It's actually a pretty fair question, IMO. The amount of people calling for Shanahan's head after dissing Cutler for leaving the NFC CG is hilarious.

If Shannahan based his decision to play RGIII on that, then he should be bagging my fucking groceries.
