I think Montreal is the soup du jour for shifting franchises but I think Tampa might be the wild card in that mix if they can't get a ballpark off the ground.

I think the Mariners would pitch a bitch about Portland.

Las Vegas? The bucks are there if the casinos want to get involved but MLB would never allow that.

Personally, I think Brooklyn is a great place to play ball.

The Rays are in St Pete which is about an hour to 2 hours (depending on traffic) from downtown.
