Chad Eaton, or Ch.Eaton as I like to call him, 
claims that when he was on the '95 Browns' practice squad Bill Belichick put money in his locker if he started fights when practice got slow. He'd apparently look at him & say "it's time," and Eaton would start scuffles to rile up the players.
