I agree. I'm not at the point of counting it as a W yet but, if Bama cleans up a few things and continues with the intensity, I like their chances.
Don't turn the ball over, don't have stupid penalties and ram it down their throats...pretty simple game plan as OU hasn't shown they can stop their run gameI agree. in the 1st qtr evenTua would have literally had like 5,000 yds and 60 tds in the Big 12.
He's not Garth.

Nah, the thing every woman loves is a good tongue.
Just because Alabama is superior to almost every team doesn't mean that Kyler Murray isn't one talented individual. He would probably do very well against most teams in the country, aside from Alabama, Clemson, and maybe a few others. According to your standards, how many great defenses did Alabama play? Some teams (ex. Michigan) do have good defenses, just had a few bad games and didn't match up well with certain opponents. Another good example would be Georgia last year, great defense, but Auburn (reg. season) and Oklahoma did very well against it.This is the first time Murray has played a real defense all year long. Him winning the Heisman only goes towards showing what a joke the voters are for that thing.
These people call themselves experts, and yet the sit around and say stupid shit like "Michigan is the #1 defense" because of some random stat without any context(aka who they played against). And then they think Murray is all great and shit without any context(aka who they played against).
He's better than Garth, but most are.

Alabama is just an all around better TEAM.
The Heisman Trophy was well earned regardless of the outcome of this game. Even though I am not personally a big fan of it because it's sort of a popularity contest. Any of the three candidates were worthy IMO.
Oh. Muh. Gawd.Garth Brooks >>> Wailin’ Jennings
That's fine that you think that. I think all of the candidates were fantastic and deserving. Too bad only one player can take it home.Alabama isn't the only team with a good defense. Tua played 3 of them. In 1 of them he got hurt early and for that, they gave the guy who didn't play any good defenses all year long the trophy.
You can say what you want, but I'll forever think it was bullshit. But more than the trophy, what chapped my ass about the whole thing are the dumbfucks who actually think he's the better QB and dissed all over Tua during the process. Fuck em.
