More versatile? So are you saying potato salad's the swiss army knife of BBQ sides?
To be fair, Hayward never really got all the way back and while he didn't regress statistically, Tatum was not the same player playing in Kyrie's shadow as he was the season before when Kyrie was out.
Add Kemba to a roster that still has some of the guys that went to the ECF the season before and what should be Hayward at 100% and I'd say he'd have more around him than he ever had in Charlotte.
Looking at the options, and trying to be realistic...
... I think Robin Lopez is a guy for the C's to target.
Boston needs a guy with heft.
After that, keep Theis in the fold... and the team has a workable (but admittedly below average) rotation of big men.
I would agree about defense... and that's what the Celtics would need most out of the group.Idk if it’s below average. It’s gonna really good defensively.
And bob was really good in short stints.
Theis was one of their best players in bpm and vorp iirc.
Fucking nazi.......Finally a thread that doesn't have a fucking potato salad option.

This is the clear weakness and will be below average.
By trade deadline and buyouts we will get a usable big.
And then hopefully Memphis gives us a
High pick to use in a trade ....
Theis alone was 2 vorp last year.
Add in a defensive anchor like Noel and bob (who again, rated really strong when on the floor).
It might not be good offensively, but defensively it could be ridiculous.
Cousins was interested in coming to Boston last year. I think if the market isnt good he could be an option. Thinking one desperate team give him a big one year deal though
Nah... we don't necessarily need 3's out of RWIII, and such a thing is unlikely to materialize next year...I am with you in general. Time lord has no excuses this year. He will get lots of time. Man it would be nice to know if he has been working on his threes

What we need is steady, reliable defense to add alongside his dunks on offense. TimeLord's blocked shots were nice last year, but did not hide his otherwise detriment to the team defense.
Anything else is gravy... and not near as important as any potential step up on D.
He had a per of almost 19, a dbpm of 6.7 and a bpm of 4.4.
He was very much a positive when he was on the floor.
I'm going by what I saw last year. He was a target on the defensive end... teams picked him apart. He had a per of almost 19, a dbpm of 6.7 and a bpm of 4.4.
He was very much a positive when he was on the floor.
