True ... But the defense also needs to keep disciplined and not blow assignments... I mean dam... Those last 2 drives by Carolina our defense was pathetic... Something is wrong right now...

Damn good point. "A good offense is the best defense". All the Hawks needed was 1 or two first downs with two minutes left in the game.

the offense needs a total rebuild, coaching and OL. bevell has proven he cannot call a complete game, cannot get first downs when it matters, and definitely CANNOT SCORE TDs. either he sucks or he has hauschka on his fantasy team.

tom cable has proven that he cannot build an OL, 6 years in and nothing to show for it. its actually gotten WORSE year over year. time to move on and bring someone in that has a true vision and can build a team around the pieces that we have.

the patriots have done it, dont see why we cant.

That's fair... The only thing we had going for us today was that we didn't lose ground on AZ... That's the only positive I can take away from this game...

Twice Seattle was given a gift in AZ losing and Seattle couldn't capitolize on it.

Yeah but Okung isn't anywhere close to being the weakest link, so not sure that fixes the OL.

Twice Seattle was given a gift in AZ losing and Seattle couldn't capitolize on it.

Seahawks Offense leaves Seahawks Defense on the field too much in the second halves and especially the 4th quarter of games.

Offense can't move the ball late. There were 4 or 5 straight 3 and outs by the Offense.

The O-line sucks.

This is not on the Defense totally, even though the defense can't cover the tight end.
Both TEs for Carolina were over 100 yards each.

Bingo. I put a lot of this on all the off season contracts and the BS around it. Several got paid, a couple wanted more, and there is just no hunger and no focus right now.
