If Sandberg would add Asche to the lineup mix between positions 2-4, it would disrupt this pattern of no or low offense from Rollins, Utely, and Howard. Case in point: Utley is 2-21 in the home stand. That is pathetic!

Yeah, I'd like to see how he performs in the 2 or 3 position. I think when Asche starts hitting maybe around .260 he'll be moved up.

Masterson makes Kendrick look good! Masterson is making 9.7 million this year. He pitched better with Cleveland.

That is the truth Northeast. WE got a bunch of hits off Masterson and I think some of these players are grossly overpaid. Masterson is a good example and of course we have a few on our roster.

Williams is cruising and barring a major tank or screw-up, I think the Phillies will secure number 58 in the win column. The Nats are in town tomorrow for a three-game series as well. I am going to step away for a race. I might be back today. If not, I'll see everyone tomorrow night.
