Campbell vs Baltimore or Foles vs Oakland

I try to use a QB for the OP slot, so I'm leaning towards Foles. The league i'm in has a very stupid point system as well. QBs are heavily weighted (I have Brees & Rivers and they both get about 50/60 pts per game)

easily campbell... Not because campbell is better but philadelphia is going to run the ball more than cleveland will... Cleveland is a passing team that all they can do is pass...

Campbell looked kinda decent last week, so Id lean that way, as MilkSpiller said - you know CLE will be throwing the ball all game, PHI might try to use McCoy/Brown a lot more with 2 banged up QBs. But I think most fantasy folks saw that coming for PHI - so many plays, fragile QB = injured, every way you slice it. They just don't have the O line needed to keep Vick from getting injured, maybe the mid-90s Cowboys did, but the 2013 Eagles do not.
