Why does he need to be more mature?
Because he acts like a child.
Why does he need to be more mature?
I think the way Cam dresses has been blown way out of of proportion.
........ on second thought.
.
Heck, even Jay Cutler handles postgame pressers after a loss better than this...
Because he acts like a child.
Because he acts like a child.
You don't think maturity can have an effect on game performance? Will that effect the way he plays games and cashes his checks?
The difference is, Belichick is short with the media win or lose. And he's doesn't dance around and celebrate after every win (although that's a fun mental image).
Cam acts like a child when they win, and he acts like a child when they lose. That's why he's not a good leader, and why it's not a double standard.

His behavior and play have gotten worse in tune. The type of stuff people are crying about right now? Hell no.
Yes and that "maturity" has translated into what exactly??Heck, even Jay Cutler handles postgame pressers after a loss better than this...
His behavior and play have gotten worse in tune.
What does that have to do with being a good leader for his football team?Cam has donated more in a month than you ever will in your life.
WTF do you know about leadership??
1 thing I know is that it isn't demonstrated at a fucking press conference after a loss. Players don't give a shit about that.
He's definitely regressed from last year.Actually his numbers this year are right in line with his career numbers.
What does that have to do with being a good leader for his football team?
I know a lot about leadership, thanks for asking.
Here's where you're wrong: Cam's press conferences are a sympton of the real problem. They demonstrate his lack of maturity and discipline. And people lacking maturity and discipline are not good leaders.
Hey @CowboyB, I'm guessing you think it's a race thing about Cam, is that it?
