This team looks like trash. What has happened to Lebron? He has been awful the last week. Awful for his standards. The turnovers are killing us.

Poorly excited play...Shane should have inbounded as he typically does. Losing 4 of 5 to playoff teams down the stretch is not good as was losing to a depleted Nets team. Lost home court potentially but maybe avoid Chicago or the Bulls in the second round. Really feels like the team's chemistry is off.

Lebron has not played at an MVP level since that week where he hit 61 and went to Cleveland....three close losses and two on the road but this last one and the Spurs blow out are disturbing.

That game was lost in the previous possesion where the diva held on to the ball for far too long to do nothing with.

Spo also lost that game by not drawing up at least one more play to go to in case the first one was well defended (as it was) there was no reason to throw it to LBJ in that situation. He was will covered - Would have never gotten the ball.

The Nets own the Heat.

I predicted the heat would lose no more than 17 games at most and they are now at 18 - so for me, if this continues - the regular season becomes a bigger disappointment and will lead me to be less surprised if they fall short of the ultimate goal.

They are not playing playoff basketball. They aren't ready yet. They have taken a few steps backwards. Don't know who is to blame.

Um, Chicago and the Bulls are the same team. Get off the Shane Battier scrub stuff because its killing the few brain cells you have left.

Cole has been horrendous during this stretch with turnovers and poor shooting, Lebron has been very good but not great and with too many turnovers. Shane was plus 10! Perhaps, he should have played more. Oh well, some good wake up calls.

They are all to blame. If they arent playing as if it were the playoffs, at least in those crunch time situations now - they wont be ready for it when the playoffs do start for sure.

UD shouldve gotten some of the scrubs minutes again and Spo shouldve just gone deeper into the bench

The rotation is awful right now. We have guys not doing anything on the court, time to replace them with bench guys

A three peat will not be easy. They need to get mentally tough and fight for everything. I am sure they will in the playoffs. Some things to work out for sure. The opt outs at the end of the year must be a distraction.

Let's review. Allen, 27 exhausted minutes, no points (one technical FT); conspicuously and consistently torched on DEF. Heat lose by 1 point. But good enough; after all, he is still Ray Allen.

Cold, Allen and Beasley were a combined 3-13 with 3 turnovers and 3 fouls....that won't get it done.

much like the scrub Shane Battier. We have a few guys that are defensive liabilities on the roster but they get away with it because of their offense/

But, your point on Ray Allen now, as it was before, as it will always be -- Is stupid and baseless because he was the least of reasons why they lost this one.

We all love Cole for the things he brings to the team - But, I think his minutes need to be watched and he needs to be used more wisely - at times, he is a bit over-used … they have to do a better job at dissecting when its a good time to have him out there where he can help himself and the team.

Merely bringing all up to date on the stats; this is a 38.5 year old, who shoots 36 percent (and change) from the 3pt line, can't guard anyone, offers nothing in rebounding, can't create without a turnover, and rarely gets a steal. He often plays over 25 min, albeit totally exhausted. I'm not smart enough to know what any of that means, but I hold out hope that Mr. Spoelstra will eventually figure it all out. It still amazes me that somehow Haslem went from a starter to a complete and total benching, while guys like this can do nothing to jeopardize their status.
