Broncos at Colts game thread

Can anyone on this team hang on to the ball even if they are down?

It's a dogfight. The Broncos haven't brought their best game, that's for sure. But they are a lot more balanced between the ground and the pass game. If they could just keep their offense on the field, that would be great. I'd rather see the team not have balance and score points than have balance and not score.

You all do not have to believe that these prolific offenses always get figured out at some point and in Manning's case, it is often against a 3-4 defense.

Not saying it is automatic, but when you combine all of that with all of the injuries along the OL, and the fact it is in Indy......

It sounds more like you're excited the team is struggling. Where you and I differ is that I can actually give the opponent some credit. There ARE two teams out there on the field, you know and the Colts have a say in the outcome as well. They are a good team coming off a loss and playing at home. That's a tough out for any team.

The defense has given up 26 points in a half.

Not for nothing, but Romo, since he passed for over 500 yards and a bunch of TDs against this great defense, has done shit in back to back weeks against the 32nd and 30th ranked defenses.

What ever way you want to put it. I said I had an uneasy feeling and I mentioned that the Colts run that 3-4 defense that has historically given Manning problems.

It certainly does not help that the defense still looks like shit with Von Miller either.

The Colts are a good team and with all the press the Broncos have received, they are going to get every team's best shot. Either they rise to the occasion tonight or they don't. They have an entire second half to fix this game. It has looked ugly so far, but there is a long way to go.
