Yeah I would keep him off offense and have him focus at DB. He has amazing tools just needs to focus on a position to be an All-Pro.

RB, Slot WR, PR, KR - fills a lot of needed roles.
Yep and in the power blocking scheme the fullback is lost but jano is a good football player and will have a place on the team
Be nice to to have an extra threat who can line up anywhere

Both Musgrave and McCoy used the FB position so I don't think Janovich is completely lost with this new system.

Yeah, I was going to say... We are bringing in two guys who have used the FB in the past.

Zach Cunningham delcared. Tomorrow is the deadline.

Utah S Marcus Williams also in, very underrated S that not a lot of people know about yet.

Is it me - or does it seem to be a very big draft for the Dbackfield?

Yeah it is a pretty good DB draft. Last year really lacked depth at DB.

I just don't understand why we take McCaffrey round 1 when we could wait and take Curtis Samuel or Alvin Kamara a round or two later? Very similar players, maybe even better options as receiver, and less usage and wear on the tires.

Watch Draftbreakdown film if you want to watch real film, but highlights show you some of what a kid 'can' do.

I'm not sure Kamara will be there a round later.

But both Kamara and Samuel are exactly what we need as is McCaffrey as we have discussed in this thread quite a bit... It will just really depend on how the draft pans out as to when we take that "slash/playmaker guy" we lack, but I've always been waiting for that pick for Denver all my life and we never make it, so my bet is I leave draft day sad again that none of them are added.

As I said in a previous post when Samuel and Kamara declared- I can honestly say these two were the most poorly used players all year. They both got vastly underused. Kamara had the injury and Hurd so there is a smidge of an excuse there for Tennessee. Samuel Ill never understand... If these two played for Stanford they could be in the same situation McCaffrey is in right now.

Kamara and Sameul coudl easily rise. Hell, one or both may even go before McCaffrey. Not that different if at all.

I agree. I keep seeing him end of 1st round. I would think he might be more of an early 2nd. I am not an expert though. Love the player but RBS and role players don'the tend to go in the 1st.

I mean Adoree' Jackson declared.

The NFLPA game is this weekend.

Not a lot going on besides just free flowing our draft thoughts.

I wonder if RandyMon will share his draft thoughts with us anytime soon.

I thought this was a place to only copy and paste other people's thoughts? WE can have our own thoughts on here? Hmmm
