Also, a few of you asked me about my draft interviews this year.

My first one was with Georgia Southern S Bobby Baker (an under the radar prospect, who nationally has a decent draft grade)

I also interviewed NC State WR Bra'Lon Cherry who had a good end to the season, with the depth at WR he is probably a priority FA, but he will be in a camp.

I also have something set up this weekend with Iowa DB Desmond King. His mom and I have become buddies! I will be hitting that a bit harder coming up.

Still waiting for Nick and Carl to send me some stuff to post.

Nick and I are going to work on a mock after the underclassmen list is complete.

Jalen Hurd will be an interesting prospect. Right now he is trying to transfer but even to transfer to a D1AA school you now have to sit out a year unless you are a graduate player. Hurd does not want to play RB, but NFL teams want to draft him as a RB. He wants to play WR.. He doesn't want to take the beating of a RB... He quit after the Tennessee game because of 32 carries.. He was fed up with the beating. I think the fact that NFL teams want him at RB and he doesn't want to get hit is going to kill his stock some, but I am told he still has round 3-4 value.

I found out the other day - they even make college Walk-on's sit out a year if they transfer to another Div 1AA school.

With all my indoor football stuff I have going on and helping players selecting their agencies I have been very swamped this time of year... I am starting my interviews, not sure how much time Ill have for other things. Hoping to get rankings and a mock up after underclassmen declare.

Shelton got a 2-3 round grade. Very happy for him. He may run as fast as anyone at the combine.. He isn't an 80 plus catch guy, but Ive loved this guy since I followed his recruiting. Paul would love him too.
