I'm sure you guy's are biting at the bit waiting for the evil ones take. I do have some but still looking at prospects,etc. I do like what a lot of you have voiced so far as too need and certain players so far. Wait ! Who said that ? I must be slipping.

I just don't understand why we take McCaffrey round 1 when we could wait and take Curtis Samuel or Alvin Kamara a round or two later? Very similar players, maybe even better options as receiver, and less usage and wear on the tires.

I'd faint if we drafted #5 not Denver's MO at all. I think Denver goes D at 20 . I still remember Milburn here I thought oh boy we should find unique ways to use his skills we didn't. I don't think John has any interest in those type guys it seems.

Kamara is projected in the 1st round right now by NFL.com along with Eddie Mac Jr.

He's got a 2nd round grade right now nationally. Could easily end up rd 1, as a RB. I think he falls anywhere between that late 1- late 2nd. In college he didn't take a lot of wear and tear backing up Jalen Hurd. When Hurd quit the team he sprained his MCL so missed a few games then shared with John Kelly to keep Kamara healthy. He was more impressive as a RB to me then Hurd was, not that I don't like Hurd because I do.

Curtis Samuel also has RD 1- Early Rd 2 buzz now.

Both players should work out pretty well too.

Kamara's stock was 3rd to 5th rounder just like 2 weeks ago. everyone on his nuts now though cuz mayock gave him some hype. Happens. We honestly have been ahead of the national narrative on a number of guys in here (idk if thats good or bad... we are dorks i guess because we get to the tape early but also makes me sad cuz guys i like and think can be values skyrocket it).

I was pimping bolles when he was a relative unknown and CD was pimping Lamp. Back when bolles wasn't even listed as a prospect and Lamp was considered a 5th to 7th rounder.. Now i am hearing first round is very possible for both those guy.

while he is a solid tackle with good movement skills, i would prefer someone with a tad more power if we are indeed moving in that direction schematically.

Kamara actually had a round 2 draft grade when he entered the draft. So I'm not sure I'd say his stock was rd 3-5 two weeks ago, but at the start of the season yes... He got a lot of love going into this season though being that guy that "is the best backup RB" in college football.

Western Kentucky OT Forrest Lamp also getting graded out as a possible Rd 1 pick with a national grade. He was given a rd 3 grade towards the end of the season. So he is moving up.
