I still woudn't be totally shocked if we pulled a Redskins RG3 / Cousins if we get into day 3 and in round 4 someone like Cardale Jones, Dak or Brissett are still sitting there. Ya never know how far QB's are going to fall after the first few teams who need one have already taken theirs.

Kudos to former Broncos OC Adam Gase on making his first draft pick Laremy Tunsil, a guy a lot of people thought was one of the 2 best players in the draft, at 13. Looks like the steal of the first round.

Of course Tunsil should be counter suing his stepdad for the amount of money he lost dropping as far as he did. Such a low down move.

Elway said that since noon today they have been working the phone lines trying to trade up for Lynch. Started by calling the Falcons and just about every team after that. Cowboys and Chiefs both wanted him badly. Rumor is Cowboys offered their 2nd and 3rd round pick to Seattle but they took Denver's deal because of the 5th year option

I'd be shocked if Sterling makes it to us with the run on WRs last night. I think DL is much more likely.

I can't think of a WR who went in round 1 who we didn't expect to go in round 1 though. Will Fuller maybe early round 2, went a big higher.

I don't expect Shep to be there at the end of round 2, and we probably don't move up this round unless it is a few spots because we are already gave away the only 3rd we can trade, but we know Denver loves him and it is a position we could take early or not at all, so threw his name out there. I think we are gonna see a nice run on DL early to mid round 2 as well.

Well the nice thing with the Patriots is they do seem to have at least one weird pick in the middle rounds where a 6th round guy has been bumped up big time on their board. So wouldn't surprise me to see them take somebody nobody expects.

I do expect the Broncos to go defense today. Either Safety or DL seems to make sense and there is still quite a bit of talent at those positions. Could we get lucky enough to see Chris Jones fall all the way to us in the 2nd because of his DUI? Man I honestly might try a back flip if that were to happen. Haven't tried one in 10 years as the last one left me with 2 black eyes and a concussion right before my friends wedding. The bride still doesn't like me all that much since all the wedding pictures I am in will always show that for the rest of their lives.
