I understand that, but you guys can't realistically expect a young player whose value is about equal to his salary just to take a paycut? It's not like a restructure with a player on a longterm contract who will get that money anyways, you are asking him to take a paycut.

It's silly that people even expect guys to take a paycut less than their value just to help out the team.

I've always liked Bradford and certainly think he's better than Foles but I'd be scared to death if I were an Eagles fan. If Kelly wants a QB to run, the last thing you want is the most brittle QB in the league.

My most hated player traded to one of my most hated teams. It's truly a glorious day to be a Rams fan. Restores my faith in humanity.....and Chip Kelly's stupidity. I figured if we got anything more than a bucket of fermented camel piss for that kitten it would be gravy. So much for all the lip service that the FO was spewing about how wennie boy was their QB.

Hey Boss, good to see you return at the right time. Sammie is an Eagle and trashing him no longer requires the status and use of the negativity thread. It is indeed a good day to be a Rams fan as we are moving to get way better on offense.

Maybe because he doesn't deserve that kind of money and it would help the team? It would help build a better Oline. If you want to win and you basically stole $70 million, it could be an option.

He is going to find the sports fan world in Philly is way more rude and abrupt than what he had in either Oklahoma and St Louis. The Philly fans are merciless and they take their sports VERY seriously. I am a fan of the Flyers and the Phillies and am well aware of the reception he is going to get.
