Some of what has been missing this year. OLman getting to the 2nd level. You will always be at least at a 11 - 9 disadvantage when running the ball since your QB and the guy carrying the ball aren't blocking. OLman need to get their initial block then a 2nd level block to make the play work. Of course each play is different inregards to who should be getting those 2nd level blocks. it depends on the defensive alignement but most often they need to be on the play side. Backside guys should be getting cut blocks.
