snoogins, we've seen this movie before

id be a bit more confident had they not flown in this morning...they have a 50/50 shot at tonight...they need a full 60 of just beat the piss out of the leafs hockey. i wanna see, like the old fred cusik call, "bodies flying all over the place"

it aint rasks fault:

rask thru last night - 2.28 GAA w/ .932 save %
tim thomas in the cup run - 1.98 GAA w/ .940 save %

tukkas made the saves...and played better than i had hoped. we need to start getting some rebounds and 2nd chances.

They simply need more than the first line to put forth some offense...

Two whole goals from Jagr since he was acquired... Seguin playing miserable... Marchand looking like he's at 50%... Nothing out of the Fribble line... Even less out of Kelly's line... 0.0 offense from the defensemen...

Can't win if you can't score. And they need some scoring off the second line..

If they try and win 0-0 tonight, they're going to lose.

just about a week and a half ago you were saying how they were at the bottom of the league in offense. the yankees were ahead of them in homers. and now they are the bottom 3rd. but the offense isn't coming around. :bullshit:

0 3 12

"If you count the most recent 1 game, the Jays are on fire offensively!" -Heat Gammons

Jays last 10 games
1, 0, 10, 8, 6, 4, 4, 0, 3, 12

40% of the time they score 3 or fewer runs
60% of the time they score 4 or fewer runs

on a team with an ERA of 5+, that isn't good.

Pickles doesn't think you are annoying? I'd double check that.

Your trolling and your "real" posts are both annoying so there really is no point in distinguishing them.

No no. he and I were talking Cardinals in August.

I don't give a fuck who thinks I am annoying. Actually I do, I think every last one of you is a success story.

Can I get anymore testimonials from the bitches that can't hack it?

hes gone after the season ends

gone

funny, he has had his chance to make a fortune and hasnt cashed in. maybe he shows up tonight? i dunno...he does have a thing for game 7's.

should be fun

I think he's gone too, and I'm fine with that.

He's going to get $5-6 mil a year somewhere else...

I still think the Bruins should call the Caps and see if they can dangle Krejci and Lucic for Ovechkin...

No because trevor Hoffman is to Mo Rivera what Ron Cey was to Brooks Robinson

Ewe Fraudkee* fans get all butthurt whenever someone compares another closer to (ho)Mo. Dude, bottom line: he's a 65-70IP pitcher. He pitches, on average, about 4.5-5.5% of the total innings pitched by the Fraudkee* staff. That is not enough to be considered for the CY.

He can have the Fireman of the Year award. It's not my fault the damn award isn't more prestigious, but that's the way it is. Cy Young was a starter.

you do realize the yankee and jays do play each other a ton of times still. you do realize that the even when those players come back, nothing is certain. tex has been in regression for years now. notoriously slow starter you do know when those guys come back you will have to bench the guys who have been performing for you thus far right. you do know that pettite and hafner and probably youk again are DL stints waiting to happen right?

long story short a lot of the yankees that are playing way over there heads are more than likely gonna come back down to earth. and you do realize a losing streak and a slump is do all teams. who says at that point the jays won't be making their push. its a long season stupid. keep front running. but i will see you at the finish line.

You've presented many valid reasons why the division is by no means wrapped up by the Yankees

You've presented no valid reasons why the Jays will be contending for said division

If you just change every mention of "Jays" in your posts to "Orioles" or "Rays"..... you might, dare I say..... actually have a point?

But you don't, so your point is stupid as fuck

I know. The whole original 6 thing drives me up the wall, most people that talk about were not even alive in 1968.

Boston Toronto Montreal Detroit NY Rangers and Chicago.

I hear you... You ought to hear Yankee fans talk... You'd think these 20 and 30 somethings had season tickets to watch Gehrig and Ruth and Mantle and Dimaggio and everyone else who built the dynasty that they beat their chests too..

I got Ottawa coming out of the East anyway. Blackhawks beat them in 7.

wow, thats a tough one

i think they peaked beating montreal, i honestly think that series took everything they had

they have gotten insane goaltending fro craig anderson (whos played WELL over his head this year and playoffs.... .950 save %? lol)

they just dont have the offense...leading scorer had 29 pts

there are 3 guys in the league who had more GOALS than 29...

doesnt bode well

There are three levels of trolling:

1: the wasp - sting hurts and you feel it it for a while afterwards.

2: the mosquito - the bite doesn't hurt but you still want to scratch it.

3: the house fly - no bite, but incessantly buzzes around in people's ears.

You're the house fly.
