b.) His Fastball is at best low 90s. Nothing overpowering.

Started cause I saw where Cashman was defending the Betances isn't a complete bust move to the pen.

Also noticed that Wang is doing great in AAA - when/where do they use him? Phelps to the pen, Wang up? just a thought.
Actually, didn't Torre use Wang out of the pen a few times - maybe him to the pen - but he isn't the hard thrower that Girardi loves out there!!
