Terrible timing and just unfortunate for the team overall. There's no way this is Jackson's fault, regardless of outcome.

I am not in the Jackson hater camp, nor did I think he was truly in jeopardy of losing his job...

But the injury does give him an alibi now, if they were going to use the playoff performance as a way to decide whether to keep him, now that's over with. But again, I don't think he was ever in danger of getting canned.

I'd be very worried at this point if this hadn't come to me in a dream I had last night. The actual details were fuzzy and distorted but one aspect of the dream was vivid and startlingly real. A magnificent Black Falcon arose from the ashes and ruled all who came within his domain. As he came closer he was adorned with a banner that said, "I'm gonna drop 40 on the Clips in game one." A strange dream I'll admit. Late night snacks will do that to you.

I'd love for him to come up big, maybe he'd be tradable then
