The key is we need to keep this defense together. We can get back.
Defense can be the same dominating defense next year.

J. Smith, A. Smith, McDonald, Willis, Bowman, Whitner, and Brown are all returning no matter what. That's the core of the D, and I see the DL in particular as key (how good were those guys on Sunday?). Odds are good we retain either Goldson or Rogers. I think this D can be as good or better next year as our young guys improve.

Wasn't aware of the fact that Marshawn Lynch is a free agent. But I don't think we need him and I bet the Seahawks do all they can to keep him and I am sure he wants to stay. A player of his caliber would be nice but I am happy with Kendall Hunter and Frank Gore. The money that would be used to get a Lynch can be used at a much more needed positon. Like WR or OLB

I also meant to say Mike Wallace not Williams
