It is interesting that Peter King reported that of the 10 ball under-inflated, the range is nearer 1 PSI under rather than 2 PSI under which is what Chris Mortonson reported.

In the same way that the number 10 of 11 was significant to me so is 1 PSI vs 2 PSI

1 psi, 2 psi, what's the difference? Under is under. And 10 of 11 is still fishy.

It does if you're seriously trying to determine who committed the heinous act of deflating the balls.

Yep, still fishy but balls set at the lower limit could lose pressure below the limit. (i.e. the Patriots balls). Those set higher could still be above the limit later. (i.e Indy's ball). If that's the case the number of 10 of 11 is now less fishy.

And losing 1 PSI is less fishy than 2 PSI.

And it's still fishy that Mortonsen reported 2 PSI? as opposed to 1? I understand it's a competitive business and people may bend the fact just a bit to make it more dramatic but it's might be considered sloppy journalism too.

The ball the Colts handled was 1 PSI below balls the Colts didn't handle. That doesn't seem fishy to you?

wait, now Peter King is a responsible NFL reporter again? I thought he was discredited after the Ray Rice crap.

Compared to Chris Mortonsen? That's a tough call.

Were the balls handled by Indy different even if still above the limit? That is interesting.

If Belchick or someone told some to deflate the balls afterwards then they should pay the penalty but if something else is the cause for the discrepancy it's worth investigating.

Unless people are happy with witchhunts? Get it. ;)

It was nice to see Belichick get to unwind a little bit yesterday. His "sock monkey" interview made him come across looking a little more human than his normal robotic self.
