Good theory about who wrote the note to Mike but probably not too shocking. Found out about this on Talking Saul.

So I was wrong in that Gus didn't show up this season.

But, he was basically confirmed to be arriving.

For a second or 2, Mike had a chance to get both Gus & Hector with 1 clean shot while they were standing in front of that shack, but he hesitated.

Also...I'm not totally convinced it was Gus who rigged Mike's car horn, or left the note. I just have a wild hunch and think it may have been the guy that sold him the rifle.

Also, anyone notice how Chuck committed a misdemeanor there? He recorded a conversation without consent from the other party-I know nothing of Arizona law but in most states that is illegal.

Jimmy can always claim that that confession was a lie to help pick Chuck up so he gets back to work. We all know the confession doesn't stick, doing something like that would have led to his disbarment.

For Mike: I expected this to be the origin of Hector being an invalid. Oh well. I think whoever put the note on the car works for Nacho. He was standing there deliberately. Not just a coincidence. Put a lot of faith in his relationship with Mike though.

I thought AZ is single party consent too but I definitely may be wrong

Im not going that far yet, but I love it.

Lots of complaints about the pace of the finale but people are just stupid. This show has had always had this type of pace, its what makes the show what it is.

As outlaw said, Mike was only there for the present day trip when Jesse came. It was just Gus and his partner in the first one. His partner is murdered in front of him and thats when Gus vendetta begins.
