Thats what she said

Luck.

Probably RG3 2nd. There is a mess there but its hard to ignore the potential when healthy.

Wilson and Foles in the mix.

Tannehill 5th. Probably wouldn't want any of the other ones.

Luck is the only answer here. Anyone who says anything different needs to check their homer card at the door.

Not a terrible list but you are making the bold assumption that RG3 is going to be smart enough to keep himself in the league for more than 5 years.

Luck might not last either, though. He has been hit more than any other QB for 2 years running

Teaching him to protect himself isn't overly difficult.

I blame shanahan for the severity of the last injury. I am somewhat concerned by Gruden saying he expects to continue to make him use his legs, but I need to see implementation first. You can use his mobility and roll him out without putting him at serious risk if you avoid too much read option bullshit and teach him to protect himself a bit.

If I had to rank the QBs listed in the poll I would do so as followed:

1. Andrew Luck: Most natural talent. Improved from his 2012 campaign with an increased completion percentage and less interceptions.
2. Nick Foles: The guy was a complete monster throwing for 27 TD 2 INT and 9.12 yards per attempt. The Eagles were 9-2 in games he started last year.
3. Russell Wilson: A lot has been made of his below average stats the past few games, but Seahawk fans can attest to his ability to change the game for us. The Seahawks improved from 7-9 to 11-5 then 13-3 with Russell Wilson at QB. Say what you want about him, without him the Seahawks would not be the team they are.
4. Robert Griffin III: Previously I'd rank him higher than this but a lot has been made of him being a prima donna and he regressed from his impressive 2012 campaign.
5. Ryan Tannehill: I thought he was overrated coming out of the draft, but he has impressed me and looks to have a good career ahead of him.
6. Kirk Cousins: Has looked good and bad at times replacing RG3.
7. Brandon Weeden: With a career completion percentage of 55.9, and more career TDs than interceptions the Browns may be looking to replace him already.

I can tell, JDM has voted, because somebody voted for RGIII.

He seems like a weird exception. Just seeing him in press conferences, the guy thinks he is invincible. I'm not sure Ive seen anything like it at the position.

Wilson

Nick Foles threw more touchdown passes in 11 games than Tannehill managed in 16 games. Not to mention Foles only threw 2 interceptions in comparison to Tannehill's 17.

No way I'd put RG3 ahead of Luck.

For whatever its worth, Tannehill might have had the worst oline in the league last year. Wilson also gets a pass from me on any of his bad games due to his oline

Still would go Luck #1. Probably Foles next... Foles and Luck are really close. Foles didn't play a whole season but man.... 21 TDs/2 INTs I think? I almost a near playoff win if not for the dropped INT (I think there was one wasn't there?)

Foles/Luck
Wilson
Tannehill
Cousins
RG3
Weeden

In every single objective performance-based measure Russell is #1. There is simply no argument worth a damn against him. With a below average receiving corp and the single worst pass protecting O-Line in the NFL, he has stats that put everyone else on this list (especially Luck) to shame.

The only other person with anything resembling an argument is Foles, but its too soon to pass judgment on him.

I would find it absolutely Looney Tunes to vote for anyone but Luck here.

It's funny how we've heard about his "natural talent" for what, four years now, and yet Russell keeps outperforming him.

What exactly is more talented about Luck's game? It's not his arm strength, accuracy, elusiveness, intelligence, leadership, speed, strength, intangibles, or decision making.

Wait, I got it! Luck is taller. So that means he is more naturally talented.

Luck has that John Elway swag to him where people give him credit because he swings games and Indy would be a 4-12 team without him. Seattle would probably be 7-9 or 8-8 without Russell Wilson.

Your Russell Wilson obsession ranks up there with JDM's obsession with RGIII. It's irrational and blinding.
