Don't follow the NFL as religiously as I once did....but the Swami was the man, and he had a real good run dating back to the early 80's. He and Tom Jackson were the go to.

From what I've read, he's remaining with the network as a consultant, and will also do other sports related broadcasting periodically...ie: golf, tennis, baseball.
