Don’t even need to trade back in. The 2nd best QB in the draft is Anthony Gordon and he’ll be available in the 4th.

Burrow is the easy choice....if you are as sure as you can be that he'll be the franchise QB. Any hesitations, you either just flip the card for Young or if you can find some trade partners, you can maneuver around and still end up with Young + other picks....especially if you're higher on another QB.

Only way I don’t see them taking Burrow is if he gets a significant injury during the CFP. Then I can see them pick Young or trading down.

2020 NFL Trade Value Chart

looking at the chart, along with teams who might trade up for a QB, Miami be an ideal trading partner. They have 3 1st round picks. The Bengals could trade #1 for #5, #22, #37 and possibly get 3 starters out of the deal. I don't know enough about Rosen/contract to know if this is feasible. But if he can't beat out Fitzpatrick...
