If you do not think the Heat are the best team in the league then state who think is the best and build your team with out using the players of that team.

MIA as best I want to build inside out, not taking KD because obvious build is around KD...and D and salary and Paul George making 3.3 is steal of the NBA:

Marc Gasol 14.9
Anthony Davis 5.4
Paul George 3.3
Iguodala 12.9
CP3 18.7


On paper I have made the best team for the money hands down, they might be a little young to handle the heat though. Also the interior may not be as strong as I would like. Gasol is finesse and so is Davis...which is why he is at the 4. I wanted inside scoring though that Haslem can't stop.

I stand pat.
