Fairly evenly matched clubs. They're 4-6, we're 3-7. They've lost 2 straight, we've lost 3 straight. They are -18 points total, we're -30.
The line has us as 3 pt u-dogs, and the over/under just dropped a bit to 49.5 - it was 50.5 when it first opened. Let's get a dub tomorrow!!

I've asked this before, but it's worth repeating. Someone needs to teach me how to root against my team. Higher draft picks notwithstanding, someone needs to teach me how to be upset and damn the team when we make killer plays, when we score, when we stop our opponents. I could sure use some lessons in learning this.

I thought this last week vs Detroit, but I'll go with it again. I feel like eventually here, we're going to breakthrough, and get a win.

Bears win and actually play a decent game.

well, not like anyone will listen, but we are not rooting against our team. we are rooting for development, we are rooting for those same killer plays, on both sides of the ball. We see development and killer plays, the three hours is not a waste and the wins dont matter.
The only thing I am rooting against are the "fans" who think the whole point of having receivers is so the middle of the field is open for Fields to run.
My goal this week is to see us have a 100 yard receiver, hell, scratch that, I will take 80. I want to see evans get a shot because I have not seen anything from Ebner. Goal, 25 receiving 25 rushing.

This is a very winnable game for us......Just hope our def can show up,but losing Roquan and Quinn has diminished it.....

So I just hope that Fields gets more passing yards than his usual.....
I love his running stule, but its gonna get him on the ir if it doesnt change.....I was watching Stroud uesterday, and it didnt bosde well for him in the middle of the 4th when he got injured from running and.limped thru rest of the game, just had a bad vibe from it last night........

Its gonna be another weekend with no Bears football for me.....ugh

No doubt any time a QB has the ball in his hands, he's a candidate for an injury. But I think Fields is actually less prone to injury when taking off than sitting back in the pocket and getting hammered. Don't get me wrong, I want him to pass more as well, but I'm not as concerned over him getting injured when running the ball. I just want to see more balance in his game overall.

Absolutley correct......but theres those design plays that are uncallrd for.....Hes not big qb like Josh Allen,so run that ball when the oline breaks down.....no need to get hurt now when theres nothing to play for......

Bears look flat.
We have 17 points but it doesn’t seem like we should. I’ll take it as a positive. Past 2 years we’d be losing this game 10-6 right now.

This team is just rough to watch. The front 4 is just terrible. Front 7, not much better(not you Jack Sanborn, you beautiful bastard)

We can probably temper our Fields hype a bit. He's wildly inconsistent and still struggles in passing. (How does he overthrow Mooney by a mile, but makes that throw down the sideline to Montgomery!?

The penalties were once again, lopsided af. Bears, 7 for 56 yds, Atlanta, 2 for 13. :rolleyes2:

How bout that catch by Cole "The Playmaker" Kmet!? Studly.:harbaugh:

Getsy should be fired for trying two designed QB runs to start a potential game winning drive when Atlanta was prepared for that play most of the game and your QB was visibly in pain after the first one. That’s negligence in its highest form.

Kmet catches 3 passes for 35 yards and is a playmaker.

Fields is responsible for 2 touchdowns and 230 total yards and we gotta pump the brakes:

Meatball shit as usual.

Give a Bears fan a QB that can make actual plays and they will complain. Give them any other white guy that doesn’t do a whole lot but makes a tough play once in a while and they will make that guy a fucking folk hero.

There is currently no one in football doing more while being surrounded by less than Fields. End of story.

Pain.

Our pass game was sh*t. Especially the o-line, playcalling and in-game adjustments.

Fields is being evaluated for an injured shoulder and was carted off after the game.

Fuck you Luke Getsy

Everyone online bagging on Fields for the game ending INT should watch the play again and realize the pass was actually intended for Mooney.
