SEC made invite But it requires each school to sign litigation waiver towards the SEC. If Baylor doesn't sign then. . . .

I can't decide if they are being bitches or doing the right thing. Ultimately I think BAB is right and they settle for money, though.

They do stand a lot to lose and they are fighting for their AQ lives so can you blame them? On the other hand So is Iowa St. and likely Kansas St.. If Texas doesn't go to the Pac it seems like TTU is in the same situation and none of those schools are suing.

I have thought for years now that the non AQ's path to a bcs game is easier than an AQ's path. win all your games against a bunch of scrub teams and you're in. See Utah, Boise, and TCU.

They may be able to delay the inevitability...but that is all.

Baylor would have never been in the Big 12 if it wasn't for the Texas legislator.

The odds of Baylor winning the lawsuit are the same as Gadhafi winning his eventual trial in a Libyan court.

On a 0-10 scale, the SEC's level of giving a damn is somewhere between a 0 and a 0.0000000000000000001.
