Infielders in the outfield is a Mariners tradition. There must be hundreds of available outfielders around baseball, but no we like .150 hitting infielders out there. Manager of the year I keep reading...lol.

I was browsing facebook several weeks ago and there were literally a dozen people legit arguing Servais should win manager of the year. Would love some of what they're on LMAO.

im not sure how the mariners see baurs..situation...but baurs is the kind of player..that..he could go..somewhere else...and his batting ..could just take off..but if he ..makes it through the off season..still with the mariners...then...i would like to see how he does...through spring..and then a couple months....

the reality is..and this is why...cleveland..traded..for him...they believed...and so do i....that he would break out again...if they did not..they would not have traded..for..him..they ran out of...patience...and ..went an other direction...he still has..that talent,,,to go a bit ..more..

which..is why..cleveland..was annoyed..with him....cuz..they wanted ..it ..now..now..now..so they traded him to ..seattle..

seems white..cant hit that well right now..so...tacoma..would prob be best...him..to start with..

He has a realistic shot at it. Awards like that don't go to the manager with the best season, they go to the biggest surprise. Name a bigger surprise in the AL than Seattle being ~10 games over .500

How many times should Pete have won Coach of the Year or Schneider Executive of the Year, but they're over shadowed by some surprise team with a worse record?

I would have no problem with him as a defensive replacement late in games much like Moore prior to getting Toro. But you can't have 2 defensive players with no bats.
