If PIT can beat both Indy & Buffalo then they will vault themselves back near the top of the AFC picture.

So who does that leave as their backup QB now that Hasselbeck retired?Might be catching a break in IND...Luck in concussion protocol. Was really wanting to see where the DEF was on the road....but they are desperate need to take advantage if he doesn't play.

Pretty sure that's the guy that played in GB for a few years. Don't recall anything special about him. Doesn't really matter who the QB is though, the defense needs to play with more consistency or any Joe-shmo QB could carve them up.Scott Tolzien is the reported back up and they are prepping him to start. His back up is unknown right now....I still wouldn't be surprised if Luck is suited up but on a short week, maybe he won't get cleared....a lot of guys are missing an entire week.
Keughley might miss a couple of weeks or more.

Agreed...as I've been saying...Burns and Davis are going to make mistakes, hopefully not repeating the same ones, but it should not deter Butler...he needs to continue to bring the heat. That's the only way this DEF is going to be effective.
And where is your Thanksgiving pun in your assessment of the Steelers???
Come on ATL, get with the program here!!!!
If that humorless Face guy can do it!!!!!
Let's just hope the team doesn't come out cold-turkey tomorrow night! And where is your Thanksgiving pun in your assessment of the Steelers???

You guys took the good ones...now I've got to think and that could be trouble right about now....Miller Time!!
Beat'em like a drum (stick)? That was weak...See what I mean!
Remaining schedules for the 2-horse race in the AFCN...
Baltimore... vPHI, @PIT, @CIN... Philly is still clawing & scraping at remaining in the NFC WC hunt, but they are pretty much holding onto the edge of the cliff with their pinky fingers. Ravens shouldn't have any problems dispatching them to the abyss. That'll put them in good shape to unseat Pittsburgh on Xmas.
Pittsburgh... @CIN, vBAL, vCLE... The Cincy game is going to be brutal. Hate to draw the Bungals this late in the season again with Cincy having nothing much to play for other than aspirations of hurting Pittsburgh in the long run. Something just feels wrong about this game, but lets hope that history doesn't repeat itself. If they can escape that game unhindered, then they will face off with the Ravens next at home. That game will have major playoff implications. Win or Colbert will have to start mocking draft boards.
Both teams need to essentially win out to claim the division. The X-mas game will be the division championship. Expect to see some fireworks these next few weeks. Time for Pittsburgh to nut up or shut up.
