Well that is the objective.
Unless I'm missing something earlier in the thread, Powell to me seems like the RB the Jets are leaning towards. And RB are tough to come by. If you're deep at RB then take a risk. If not, I don't trust the feast or famine unpredictability of the WR - especially 1 from Cleveland.
