If the teams value RG3 better than any QB in the draft you would send the Skins two first rounders'. I hope we don't trade Cousins.
If we don't get what we want...we simply shouldn't trade.
Sadly I have to agree with Manster. With his struggles this year and all the noise coming out of Ashburn, why would any one honestly give up 2 first rounder and more for RG3 when they could simply draft a QB and use the other picks to shore up other areas of need on their roster. You got Bridgewater, Manziel and Carr all coming out and all likely first round draft picks. If we tried to trade RG3, I think the best offer we get is a 1st and 3rd, and I dont think they would both be in this coming draft. If we get offered a 2nd for Cousins, I think they jump on it. Because it shows an increas in value from what we gave up for him. There is no way we get even close to even for what we gave up for RG3. And in reality it would be like trying to sell a car you still owe on. You wont get back enough to pay off the loan, and will likely have to come out of pocket to replace him any way.

RGIII is going to make a lot of people look stupid next year.

Guys, I suggest you look at the trade from the view point of NOT being a fan of the player in question. Look at it as if your team was trading to get him. Based on his play this year, the questions of if he has a problem being coached, and the ever present injury worry due to his style of playing the position. In that view point, would you give up two first round draft picks for him?? If you are honest with yourselves I dont think any one would give up two first round picks for him right now. Because you would also have to ask yourself, why exactly are the Redskins giving up on him??
The way RG3 played this year I would be surprised if we didn't keep Cousins as insurance for next season.
Everyone knows Cousins can fetch a 2nd round pick. If the Texans, Rams, Jags, or Raiders offered 2 first round picks for RG3 I think you have to do it.
The reasons why the Rams didn't take Griffen b/c they still believe in Bradford who hasn't won anything and is very injury prone. Has Bradford ever finished a season? I think the jake Long loss yesterday means that you will be targeting the OT Matthews in the draft.
You guys can have all the picks you want. You will never win the NFC West. Hawks, 49ers, and even the Cards are better teams.
