That headline makes no sense lol. Fired because he found drugs in MJ's coat pockets? That's right out of the National Inquirer.

It's fake lol some guy made it on warriorsworld. They call mark Jackson "pockets" because he doesn't call a timeout when a team goes on a run

"Caught in sauna"??? That's what the headline says, but the article itself never even mentions it. What the bloody hell is going on?

I was told the exact same thing by my contractor.

"You cannot fix the foundation in the middle of a storm. It's too late then. The foundation has been laid, and it's going to hold up,"

Scalabrine was apparently demoted because he disagreed with Jackson's "lack of attention to detail." If this is true, no coach, no matter how accurate Scalabrine's criticism was, can allow himself to be second-guessed by his own assistant. And what would have made Scalabrine's criticism even more offensive would have been his speaking his mind to others within or outside the organization, which would have undermined Jackson's authority. Don't know if that happened, but if it's true, one can't blame Jackson for wanting him gone.

As for Erman, since there is no hint that he did anything illegal that would embarrass the organization, perhaps he was also too forthcoming with criticism of Jackson's coaching style, which would have gone against "company policy." If that was the case, few could blame Jackson and the organization for firing him. After all, what boss or business would tolerate an employee running them down behind their back?

We don't know for sure if any of this is true, but one thing is certain: Jackson just went "all in" on the rest of the season. If the Dubs fall apart and don't make the playoffs or make an early exit, he'll probably be gone, but if they make the playoffs and make a strong showing, he might save his job.

Who knows? Maybe the situation will work for the best. It's now Jackson and his players against the world.
If the players love playing for him, they're going to bust their butts to save his job, and that impetus could be just enough to push the Dubs deep into the playoffs.

But they'll never get past the Spurs.........
