No More "Bullpen Failure" - maybe
Hopefully, Allatd learned some lessons. Games like that are as much of a part of the maturing process as games where he looks good all the way through.
Watch them both. You know the boss won't catch you.Burke is pitching the night cap. Might have to check that one out.
Exactly. Hard knocks can provide lessons not found every where.Hopefully, Allatd learned some lessons. Games like that are as much of a part of the maturing process as games where he looks good all the way through.
Are you willing to give him as long of a look before judging him as Odor has gotten? Why don’t we just see how Solak performs up here. Looking forward to it. There may be someone else. Even a guy like Santana.
probably Allard makes the opening day roster. I think Burke and Palumbo will eventually make the roster next season but not opening dayCan Allard, Palumbo and Burke be good enough for the next 6 weeks to convince the Rangers to count on them for the Opening Day roster next season? Would they count on all three of them?
from now thru the next season it is time to look at all our prospects like Solak, White Taveras etc.Are you willing to give him as long of a look before judging him as Odor has gotten?
If it is too early to judge Odor, Mazara, and Guzman then even if Solak starts every game we have left it will not be nearly enough to judge him.
By the way, I think it is a little too early to judge Guzman and maybe even Maz, but those three guys are some of our most recent prospects that you have not seen me making excuses for. That is because they have all.been given everyday play for an extended period of time. When guys don't get that chance I will mention it because it is very relevant.
I actually don't think Maz has been that terrible. His stats this year are decent and some still ride his butt. And you are right that Guzman needs more time for us to throw in the towel on him. And we have time. We need to see what we have so we can sort thru what we have. And in regards to Solak I have a feeling he will be in the OF. But I would like to see him play some 2b.Are you willing to give him as long of a look before judging him as Odor has gotten?

It is probably too early for Taveras. He is most likely at east a year away.from now thru the next season it is time to look at all our prospects like Solak, White Taveras etc.
maybe but we might find out that he is a 1000 times better than DDJIt is probably too early for Taveras. He is most likely at east a year away.
I like chocolate cake a lot better than most things cooked in the oven, but I don't want to get it out of the oven before it is done. I don't think Leody would pass the toothpick test just yet.maybe but we might find out that he is a 1000 times better than DDJ
Probably true but I would rather see him or Granite or Thompson or JPM out there next season than DDJI like chocolate cake a lot better than most things cooked in the oven, but I don't want to get it out of the oven before it is done. I don't think Leody would pass the toothpick test just yet.
Hell I'd rather see Santana out there than DDJ. DDJ is another OdorI like chocolate cake a lot better than most things cooked in the oven, but I don't want to get it out of the oven before it is done. I don't think Leody would pass the toothpick test just yet.
Maybe we see a combo of Gallo, Heineman and an offseason pickup.Probably true but I would rather see him or Granite or Thompson or JPM out there next season than DDJ
