Top of my head was Rua and Robinson. Lot and even Profar did not deliver as hoped.

Point is just because you do well in minors means it translates to the MLB. Just seems like you always make excuses for prospects who did not deliver. Killing is is a subjective word BTW. We all have our opinions

But I hope Solak gets his shot. I root for all Rangers to do well.

Well, you named one. Neither Profar nor Rua killed it in AAA. There are no plenty killing it.

Killing is subjective , but since you were replying to what I said about Solak, it is keeping with an honest discussion to view the term as being similar to what Solak is doing presently. Isn't that fair?

The only time I ever make excuses is when they didn't get a fair shake. Of course you can accuse me of that, but you may have as hard of a time giving those examples as you did the others lol. I don't give excuses for guys who fail after getting regular playing time for even half the time Odor has gotten that kind of play.

It’s pretty sad when most of the fan base can see right through it.

I think it is foolish to judge on what is going on re the inner workings of Odor. How does anybody really know if whether Woodard plays Odor because he wants to or if he is ordered to. If he is being ordered to then Is it JD or ownership who wants to protect their investment and do not want to cut bait. I sure don’t know

If Odor is a hopeless cause then best to cut bait or place as a utility guy if he can do this. For me I really don’t care for this season because I am gullible to think he might turn it around but maybe still a #8 hitter
But I sure would like to see Solak get some reps up here and at 2B as well. Would love to see him blow Odor away so everything is a no brainer

Why don’t we just see how Solak performs up here. Looking forward to it. There may be someone else. Even a guy like Santana.

Solak was pulled from tonight's game and certainly seems to be headed to Arlington tomorrow for the doubleheader. I still dont think he moves Odor off of 2nd for more than just the occasional day off. He probably has to play another position to get extended looks at the big show
