The fact that dale isn't on the roster is enough for me to ignore your efforts. Clearly going after shock value.
I already explained my rationale in an earlier post. And are you suggest Chipper is better than Eddie Mathews?

Your rationale was flawed. You cherry picked stats, and I could of used the the 5 year argument against you easily on a lot of your roster picks now and moving forward. Murphy won 2 MVPs and 5 gold gloves, how many players in your current lineup has done that? At the beginning and end of dales career....yeah it wasn't that great, sprinkle in some injury plagued years it leaves doubt. But when he was healthy and in his prime, he was special

Wow. MVP's and Gold Gloves. Can't argue with that

I thought about moving Matthews to first and have chipper at third, but had a change of heart. They are both icons to the braves and the fans would like to have both in the line up

Chipper played significant time in left field. That's the best way to get both in the starting 9, and that's what I did.

I went with D in the middle infield.

It was a hard decision for me which to start at 3B.

Finally the Braves have always been a pitching team to me so I gave them an extra arm as the 25th player

What do you mean '4 years 5 seasons'? 1896-1900 is 5 years (count them, you include 1896). Also, how can a player play 5 seasons for a team in only 4 years?

Most people don't say that, so I was just clarifying

I actually think that makes it easier.
Not with the 5 season limit. I mean shit, there has to be some positions that they haven't even had 5 seasons
