What 6 do you think will remain?Oh I agree but some of saddles’ 18 aren’t going to be released or traded. At least 6 will still be on the team

I would think Arihara, White, Ibanez and Peters have the best chance of sticking around. What 6 do you think will remain?
Arihara, Benjamin, Ibanez, White, Peters, Tejeda and maybe SborzWhat 6 do you think will remain?
Some of what we consider cannon fodder management may think otherwiseI would think Arihara, White, Ibanez and Peters have the best chance of sticking around.
It really all depends on how many prospects need to be added and on how some of these guys do the rest of the year.
Some will be put through waivers and then return, but not be on the 40-man.
As JTA put it, there is a lot of cannon fodder on the roster that would not need to be kept. Some might be, but there is no real long term need to keep them.
Bottom line, we shouldn't have to expose any decent to great prospects, to the Rule 5 draft this winter.
And then, some of what we consider a certainty to stick, may be considered cannon fodder to management. Some of what we consider cannon fodder management may think otherwise
We are currently at 1.3 for next year's draft. Maybe, by the end of August it will be a two team race and then we can have the whole month of September to catch the Diamondbacks.
Young has shown a willingness to cut bait with non-performers, so I'm not concerned thus farSome of what we consider cannon fodder management may think otherwise
I read the other day that if Elijah Green could have made himself eligible this year, as a junior in high school, that he would have went #1 this year.Is this kid expected to go #1 a "can't miss?"
The point being... there's room for Jung this year and wiggle room to fit Rule 5 eligible guys if and when the time comesSome of what we consider cannon fodder management may think otherwise

Yes there does.Potential '22 No. 1 leads PDP League Top 10
Certainly looks like there are a lot of good players for next year.
I agree but unless we don’t resign our FA’s and DFA at least 7 or 8 at the off season we will struggle to find roomThe point being... there's room for Jung this year and wiggle room to fit Rule 5 eligible guys if and when the time comes
Yes there does.
He has certainly got that delaying-greatness thing down to an art. LolProbably another genius move by JD to delay the rebuild to get into better drafts. Dude is amazing.
